Normal menstruation, poor follicular development

Normal menstruation, poor follicular development

Only when sperm and egg successfully combine can a woman become pregnant, and the egg cell is formed in the egg. Women have an ovulation period every month, and the ovulation period is closely related to the menstrual period. In other words, a woman's uterus will develop fully during one menstrual cycle, and then discharge a high-quality egg cell. If she can get pregnant successfully, then she can get pregnant successfully. However, some women have normal menstruation but their uterus is immature. Let’s discuss the reasons why menstruation is normal but the uterus is underdeveloped.

1. Premature ovarian failure: The eggs grow and develop in the uterus and ovaries. If a woman's uterus and ovaries show premature failure, it will affect the growth and development of the eggs and cause poor development of the uterus. These patients have normal menstruation and fertility at the beginning, but gradually their menstruation becomes less and less frequent. The eggs in the ovaries of these patients have generally been used up, and even the use of ovulation-stimulating drugs has no effect.

2. Polycystic ovary syndrome: Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome are also very likely to have poor development of the uterus and ovaries, and generally have no ovulation. This type of patient has many small eggs in their ovaries, but they cannot grow and develop fully, and need to use drugs to promote the growth of the eggs.

3. Pituitary problems: Pituitary prolactinoma, hyperprolactinuria and other symptoms will affect the development of women's uterus and ovaries. If the uterus and ovaries do not develop well, it will affect the development of the eggs, resulting in the inability to discharge high-quality eggs.

4. Other diseases: For example, thyroid cysts, abnormal adrenal function and other symptoms can also cause ovulation obstruction. Although the egg is growing, it is difficult to reach the perfect follicle size, and the function is very poor, and the secretion of estrogen is insufficient, so it is impossible to get pregnant normally.

Women with underdeveloped uterus should receive treatment based on the cause. If they want to take drugs to promote ovulation, they must do so under the guidance of a doctor. If it is caused by other diseases, treatment should be based on the symptoms. Only in this way can we deal with the problem reasonably. At the same time, patients should also pay attention to a healthy diet. They should eat more beans and legumes, as well as whole grains. These foods are very helpful in promoting the growth of eggs.
