What examinations are needed before pregnancy? Contents of reproductive system examination: Routine screening of leucorrhea for Trichomonas, fungus, mycoplasma, chlamydia infection, vaginitis, and sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea and syphilis.

Purpose of examination: Check whether you have any gynecological diseases.
