Signs of growing taller at night for girls

As people grow, their height will continue to increase. Of course, once the human skeleton is completely closed, it can no longer develop. In addition, children will also experience certain symptoms during the process of growing taller. For example, they may have special dreams, bone pain, growing pains, and hunger, etc. These are all physiological manifestations of children's growth.

1. You will have special dreams before you grow taller

The human body grows taller when it is sleeping. The pituitary gland secretes a growth hormone to promote growth, making the body grow taller slowly. When you are growing taller, you will usually dream about going down the stairs when you are half asleep, and then suddenly you miss a step.

Or if you dream that you are being chased by someone and you run hard but cannot run away, this is because your bones are growing. If you have a similar dream and you happen to be in your growth period, then it is very likely that you are growing taller.

2. Bone pain before growing taller

Bone pain and knee pain may be signs of growing taller. If the bones are painful like rheumatism, especially around 10 o'clock in the evening, because the human body's bones grow fastest at 10 o'clock in the evening, several times faster than usual.

Or there may be some muscle cramps, especially at the knee, which may cause some cramps and other painful symptoms, but they will go away after a while.

3. Growth pain before growing taller

Growing pain often occurs during sleep at night, and the pain is mainly located in the deltoid muscle of the thigh and the gastrocnemius muscle of the calf. It is a non-joint pain. The pain mostly feels like soreness, but may also cause tingling or burning pain. Some children with growing pains may also have symptoms such as calf cramps, headaches, and abdominal pain.

4. You may get hungry before you grow taller

Tall people get hungry faster, eat more, and are easily hungry than normal people. Moreover, my feet grow very fast, and my legs feel a little swollen. Within a few months, my shoes will become several sizes bigger. I also like to sleep a lot.

Children with closed bone age may find it difficult to grow taller. Children's height growth is caused by the linear growth of bones. The cartilage at both ends of the long bones continues to grow, and the epiphyseal cartilage continues to secrete osteoblasts and gradually ossifies. The bones continue to grow, and the children grow taller accordingly. When all the epiphyseal cartilages are ossified and the backbone and epiphysis are connected as one, which is medically called epiphyseal line closure, the bones will no longer grow and the human body will stop growing. Therefore, if you want to grow taller, you must do it before the epiphyseal line closes.
