What to do if pregnant women have back pain

1. Tie a belt or a special pregnancy belt around the pregnant woman's abdomen to support her waist and relieve pain.

2. Maintain the correct posture. The correct standing posture is to keep your legs slightly apart, your back straight, your chest up, and your chin tucked in. If you hold your posture correctly, your big belly won't be noticeable.

3. Exercise appropriately, choose suitable gymnastics or swimming for pregnant women, and exercise according to your personal situation. It can enhance physical strength.

4. Don’t sleep on a bed that is too soft, as it can easily cause your waist to sink, causing or aggravating back pain.

5. Do not stand up or sit down too quickly. It is best to have something to hold on to.

6. Choose more comfortable shoes, avoid high heels, and keep the heels around 3 to 4 cm.

7. You can eat some foods that can relieve back pain in pregnant women: such as foods rich in protein, calcium, B vitamins, vitamins C and D.
