Sometimes breast tenderness

Why do I feel breast pain sometimes?

If breast pain occurs and pregnancy can be ruled out as the cause, it is usually caused by breast hyperplasia or mastitis. However, breast pain may also occur before and after menstruation. This pain is normal and will slowly disappear with the onset of menstruation. You don't have to worry too much. Breast hyperplasia is benign. If there are no symptoms of discomfort, you can observe first and do regular check-ups.

The clinical manifestations of breast hyperplasia are breast pain, breast lumps, nipple discharge, menstrual disorders and emotional changes. It is the most common chronic breast disease in women. Surgery can temporarily remove the lump, but a new one will grow again; taking painkillers will relieve the pain, but the disease is still there and you just can't feel it. It is recommended to use whole gonad axis treatment, that is, Chinese medicine that regulates the heart, brain, kidney and uterus axis at the same time, such as Shiwei Xianglu Capsule. It can regulate the endocrine, balance hormone levels, fundamentally treat and prevent recurrence, prevent uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts and chloasma associated with breast hyperplasia, prevent the malignant transformation of the tumor, and protect the patient's health to the greatest extent.

The clinical manifestations of breast hyperplasia are breast lumps and breast pain. About 80% of patients have symptoms of breast pain, which is mostly bilateral but can also be unilateral. The nature of the pain is divided into distending pain, stabbing pain, shooting pain, dull pain or tenderness. The manifestation of breast pain is often unstable and may worsen before menstruation and often worsen with mood changes, fatigue, and weather changes.

Breast lumps are the main basis for diagnosing breast diseases. Most of them are multiple, with different sizes and hard or tough texture. The lumps are not adhered to the skin, and the surface of the lumps is often not smooth and feels granular to the touch. In addition to the above symptoms, some patients have systemic symptoms such as nipple itching, discharge, bitter taste in the mouth, rib distension, chest tightness, anorexia, and menstrual disorders. For breast hyperplasia, we must do a good job of prevention and pay attention to the symptoms of breast hyperplasia.

Breast pain mainly refers to frequent tingling or swelling in the breasts. This pain in the breast is clearly linked to the menstrual cycle. This pain often occurs or worsens a few days before menstruation, but it disappears significantly after menstruation. Patients must pay attention to personal hygiene in their daily lives.
