Why does a pregnant woman's stool stick to the toilet?

I believe that many friends who pay attention to health care know that the stool sticks to the toilet because of the heavy moisture in the body. Most people can solve this problem by removing the moisture, but for pregnant mothers, they cannot use general methods to treat this situation because it will affect the fetus in the womb. So, what's the matter with pregnant women's stool sticking to the toilet?

First, why does a pregnant woman's feces stick to the toilet? The feces are sticky and shapeless, and always stick to the toilet. After two or three buckets of water, there are still traces of feces. It must be because the humidity has been too heavy recently. Do a routine stool examination, drink more water, and eat less spicy, irritating, and raw or cold foods. It is recommended to make adjustments through diet. In terms of diet, avoid spicy, irritating, raw, cold, rough and greasy foods. Cooperate with exercise appropriately.

Second, insist on drinking barley and red bean porridge for a week, once a day. After the symptoms of damp heat are alleviated, cook millet porridge to nourish the spleen and stomach. Eat less hot and humid fruits in summer, such as durian, lychee, etc. You should eat more foods that are cold in nature and light in taste, such as bitter melon, because this type of food has a better effect of clearing heat and dampness. Soaking your feet in summer can remove heat and dampness. Although it is hot in summer and many people do not like to soak their feet in hot water, soaking their feet in summer can remove moisture and help sleep. You can add some Chinese medicines such as mugwort leaves and scutellaria baicalensis to hot water and wait until the water temperature is suitable for soaking.

Why does a pregnant woman's feces stick to the toilet? Due to physical inconveniences of pregnant women, they mostly use sitting toilets. In order not to press on the fetus, it would be more suitable for pregnant women to use a toilet. Even if you use it separately from your husband, because prostate bacteria can easily cause gynecological infections. Some pregnant mothers simply replace the toilet seat to save trouble. In fact, mold exists in every tiny structure of the toilet, and the toilet seat cannot completely isolate it during defecation. During pregnancy, the body's resistance decreases and the sugar content in the vagina increases, making it very susceptible to fungal invasion, which can cause vaginitis, especially candidal vaginitis. Since I don’t dare to take any medicine during pregnancy, it would be embarrassing if I got an inflammation. The chance of infection from toilets is high, so pregnant mothers must eliminate sources of infection, especially not sharing toilets with family members.
