When should infertility antibodies be tested?

In modern life, people's fertility has shown a downward trend as living standards have improved, causing many young people to become infertile, which has brought great pressure and destruction to their lives. A very important basis for infertility examination is the examination of infertility antibodies, which can detect fertility problems in time. Let’s take a look at when is the best time to check for infertility antibodies?

Patients should pay attention to the following: do not have sex for 3-5 days before going for check-up; it is best to use masturbation to obtain the sample; make sure all semen is obtained; and have a follow-up check-up 1-2 times within 2 weeks.

Infertility antibody testing: 1. Anti-sperm antibodies, 2. Anti-endometrial antibodies, 3. Anti-ovarian antibodies, 4. Anti-cardiolipin antibodies, 5. Anti-HCG antibodies.

Treatment of infertility There are many factors that affect female infertility, such as the woman's uterus, fallopian tubes, ovarian function, endocrine system, etc., which can affect conception. It is recommended to go to the hospital for relevant examinations within 3-7 days after the end of menstruation to find out the cause and receive symptomatic treatment.

The general causes of infertility may be due to congenital factors, such as small uterus, abnormal testicular development, etc., or acquired factors, such as gynecological inflammation, fallopian tube dysfunction, abnormal ovulation, insufficient sperm motility, and low sperm count.

Female infertility examination items:

1. Endometrial biopsy: Check the cleanliness of the vagina before menstruation to check for vaginal trichomoniasis, fungal infection, and vaginal bacterial disease. In normal cases, a pathological examination of the endometrium within 24 hours of the onset of menstruation can be used to determine whether the endometrium has inflammation, tuberculosis, tumors, etc., and can help determine whether ovulation has occurred and how the corpus luteum function is.

2. Fallopian tube insufflation under B-ultrasound: It can check whether the fallopian tube is unobstructed and which side is unobstructed. This examination can be performed on infertile patients who do not have acute pelvic inflammatory disease, vaginitis, and have normal endometrial pathology. Must be within 3 to 7 days after menstruation ends (no sexual intercourse)

3. Blood hormone measurement: Patients with infertility and gynecological endocrine diseases should have this examination. Those who are menstruating should have their blood drawn on an empty stomach on the morning of the 3rd to 5th day of their period for this test, while those who are not menstruating can have their blood drawn at any time.
