What causes menstrual bleeding?

Adult women must have a better understanding of menstruation. As we all know, the blood flowing out of menstruation is very different from fresh blood. First, menstrual blood is relatively dark. So what causes bright red menstrual blood?

Certain occupations, such as long-distance runners, are prone to amenorrhea. In addition, some abnormal bleeding during pregnancy is often mistaken for menstrual irregularities.

Under normal circumstances, women's menstrual volume and its cycle are relatively constant. If there is an abnormality, it means that there is something abnormal in the reproductive system, which may indicate problems in the body's endocrine system. Therefore, female friends must not ignore abnormal menstruation.
