Is it easy to get gynecological diseases after caesarean section?

Most female friends are reluctant to talk about gynecological diseases because if a woman suffers from a gynecological disease, a serious gynecological disease may threaten a woman's life. Gynecological diseases are mainly caused by women not paying attention to hygiene or not protecting their reproductive system well. Although many women now choose caesarean sections, are they also worried about being prone to gynecological diseases during the caesarean section?

During a normal delivery, the perineum will be stretched, the vagina will become loose, and vulvar infection may occur.

Things to note for normal childbirth:

1. Have children at the right age. A woman’s golden period is very short. Women who want to give birth naturally should complete the childbearing process between the ages of 24 and 28. During this period, various functions of the female body develop to their peak, which is perfect for conceiving a new life. Being younger or older than this age is not good for both the mother and the child.

2. Get enough sleep. Whether before or after childbirth, women should rest and sleep more to restore their physical strength in time. Lack of sleep is a big taboo during pregnancy. The baby cannot get a good rest in the belly, and both adults and the fetus will be very tired. Before and after delivery, sleep can nourish the mind and energy and make up for the body's consumption.

3. Have a correct attitude and understanding. Having a baby affects one's entire life, so mothers must not just follow the crowd or listen to rumors. They should fully understand natural childbirth and then make a careful decision. If the doctor does not recommend natural childbirth, mothers should not force it. Although natural childbirth has many benefits, the safety of your own and your child's life is the most important factor.

4. Pay attention to keeping warm after giving birth. Women in confinement must be delicate. At this time, the pores and bone joints on the body are open, and it is easy to get hurt by cold wind, especially the joints. Don't be too greedy for coolness, or you may develop a bad health that will cause you lifelong pain.

5. Get out of bed and move around as soon as possible. Generally speaking, the mother can get out of bed and move around on the day of delivery. After experiencing the painful delivery process, many women may not want to do anything else except rest. This idea is understandable, but not supported. Getting out of bed and moving around as soon as possible is beneficial to postoperative recovery and body reshaping. New mothers should never be lazy. If they are physically exhausted, they should reduce the time of each exercise. Depending on the specific situation, the amount of exercise should not be too large or too intense.

6. Don’t forget to urinate after a normal birth. Under normal circumstances, you need to urinate within two hours after giving birth. The discomfort after delivery may cover up the urge to urinate, but mothers should not ignore it. Holding urine for a long time will affect the contraction of the uterus and cause some urinary tract and urethra diseases.
