Gram-positive vaginitis

Gram-positive vaginitis

Vaginitis is a relatively common gynecological disease. The most obvious symptoms are vulvar itching, odor, abnormal leucorrhea, and a feeling of heaviness and pain in the lower abdomen. There are many types of vaginitis, which vary according to different pathogens and the treatment drugs. In order to prevent and treat vaginitis well, in addition to cooperating with drug treatment, you must also pay attention to personal private hygiene and change underwear frequently.

Vaginitis is a manifestation of an imbalance in the proportion of vaginal microorganisms, so it is unscientific to treat vaginitis by simply killing vaginal microorganisms, especially some drugs with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity, which "do not distinguish between friend and foe". When killing pathogenic microorganisms, they also eliminate the dominant bacteria (Lactobacillus, Mycobacterium vaginalis). You will feel more comfortable during the medication period, but once you stop taking the medicine, other bacteria will quickly grow again, causing repeated inflammation. This is a misunderstanding and vicious circle in the current treatment of vaginitis. The scientific method is to kill abnormal microorganisms while restoring the normal flora of the vagina.

The causes of candidal vaginitis include: unclear diagnosis, irrational medication, failure to follow the course of treatment, and no regular follow-up during treatment to determine the effectiveness of treatment; the source of infection has not been removed, and the sexual partner has not been treated at the same time. To treat candidal vaginitis, you can first use 2% to 4% baking soda water to flush the vagina, keep the vulva dry, and then insert fungal tablets or suppositories into the vagina after cleaning. In addition, sexual intercourse is prohibited during treatment, and spicy and irritating foods should not be consumed.

Gram-positive bacteria are a type of bacteria. Most pyogenic cocci belong to Gram-positive bacteria. They can produce exotoxins that cause disease. Common Gram-positive bacteria include: Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Pneumococcus, Diphtheria, Tetanus, etc. In treatment, most Gram-positive bacilli are sensitive to cypermethrin (except tuberculosis). Fungi are a type of eukaryotic bacterial organisms that are widely present in nature. Fungi are divided into two categories: yeasts and molds. The former colonizes in a cheese-like manner, composed of spores and blastospores, while the latter colonizes in a hair-like manner, composed of hyphae, also known as filamentous fungi. Based on the child's condition, it is considered to be a fungal infection with Gram-positive bacteria, and active anti-inflammatory and antifungal treatment is recommended. Life care: Actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment and take medication on time.
