4. Learn to breathe abdominally

Abdominal breathing can deliver sufficient oxygen to the fetus. The correct posture is: place a small cushion behind your back, straighten your knees, relax your whole body, and place your hands lightly on your stomach. Next, start doing abdominal breathing, inhale until your stomach expands; when exhaling, do it slowly and forcefully to the end, and exhale all the air in your body. Remember to exhale more forcefully than inhale, and exhale slowly. Do it more than three times a day.

5. Pregnant women should stay away from electromagnetic pollution and keep a certain distance when watching TV. Mobile phones, computers, microwave ovens, etc. should not be used if possible. When the heating is just turned off, it can generate an electromagnetic field, which is harmful to pregnant women and fetuses. Therefore, expectant mothers should not sleep with electric blankets.
