Breast pain after IVF

Breast pain after IVF

If breast tenderness occurs after IVF transplantation, it is most likely caused by changes in hormone levels in the body. This is a relatively normal phenomenon, and women who choose IVF do not need to worry too much about it. In order to successfully conceive after transplantation, women also have a lot to pay attention to. Below, I will introduce in detail the precautions after IVF transplantation!

1. Trust your uterus

A woman's uterus is the most amazing organ in the world. In the later stages of pregnancy, it will become huge and can carry a total weight of several kilograms of the baby and amniotic fluid. In the early stages of pregnancy, the uterus is very small. You can imagine how powerful the flesh in the uterus is. They will provide very safe protection for the embryo.

2. Trust your embryos

The embryo is a living being with its own innate ability to survive. Scientists have inferred that the embryo will "wander" in the uterus and will find a favorite place to implant. It is not so fragile that it will fall over or "fall out" due to the mother's daily activities!

3. Believe in science

In 2008, a domestic center retrospectively summarized 560 fresh cycles. The results showed that there was no difference in the pregnancy success rate between returning home and carrying out normal activities after transplantation and resting in bed for 3-5 days after transplantation. In 2005, our hospital observed 502 embryo transfer cycles and concluded that bed rest after embryo transfer does not affect the pregnancy success rate. The results of studies in the vast majority of centers have shown that the length of bed rest after transplantation has no correlation with the success rate of IVF. You may have heard many people say that they successfully got pregnant after being bedridden for a long time. Pregnancy is possible, but long-term bedriddenness will not increase the success rate of pregnancy.

4. Believe in yourself

You have to believe that you have the ability to have a baby and to provide the baby with a healthier maternal environment. Too much bed rest will not help improve the success rate.

5. Normal life

You may ask: Since you don’t need to lie down for a long time, what should you do in your daily life? The answer is four words: normal life. You can go to work, take a car, walk up the stairs, go out, watch TV, listen to music, read books, etc. Try to live a simple and happy life as usual, but you must also take care of your body. Avoid heavy physical labor and strenuous activities. Don't make yourself tired! You can rest in bed, but in moderation. When you feel unwell, muscle pain, upset, lonely and bored, or even indigestion or constipation, you must know that this is a signal from your body, telling you that it's time to get up! In short, relax and be yourself! Good pregnancy will come!
