5. Breast cancer. Breast pain is one of the most important manifestations of breast cancer. Clinically, it is believed that if the breast pain is unbearable, it is usually a sign of advanced breast cancer. Only 6% of breast cancer patients experience breast pain in the early stages of the disease. Breast cancer is a disease that is highly prevalent among women aged 20 to 40, so it must be given sufficient attention.

1. Breast pain is sometimes caused by many reasons, and there is no need to scare yourself. Some people may also experience pain during their menstrual period, breast hyperplasia, or being too tired, or being in a bad mood, etc., which may be the trigger of breast pain, so don't worry too much. You should pay more attention to your health, otherwise the condition may get worse.

2. When you feel breast pain, you should first pay attention to changing your personal lifestyle habits. Women who smoke and drink must quit. And you can't stay up late. If you have a lot of nightlife and lack of sleep, it will lead to endocrine disorders in the body, which is the main cause of breast hyperplasia, so your breasts will hurt. In addition, you should also keep a happy mood, otherwise the abnormal liver qi will become stagnant in the chest. Over time, liver qi stagnation will cause breast pain. It's okay to massage it gently. Promote blood circulation.

3. In addition, you should also pay attention to dietary adjustments and eat more fungi, such as Auricularia auricula, Hericium erinaceus or Tremella fuciformis, which can regulate disorders in the body, effectively enhance immunity and prevent cancer. Vegetables also need to be matched reasonably. Tomatoes, pumpkins, garlic and loofah are also important for inhibiting breast diseases.

When mastitis causes redness and swelling on the outside of the right breast, the first thing to do is to stop breastfeeding on the affected breast.
