Test tube transplant 14 days hcg comparison table

hCG is an important indicator to determine whether we have successfully become pregnant. Regardless of whether it is artificial insemination or artificial insemination, once the pregnancy is successful, hCG will change to a certain extent. So how much is the normal hCG on the 14th day of embryo transplantation? Let’s take a look at it together below.

Embryo transfer day 14 everything is normal hCG how much

How much is the normal hCG level on the 14th day after embryo transfer? It depends on whether the fertilization is successful. The actual value varies from person to person. When the transplant is successful, the HCG level will exceed 5IU/L.

During pregnancy, the standard value of blood hCG is <10μg/L, and the standard value of β-hCG is <3.1μg/L. β-hCG is a part of hCG. Generally, the β-hCG radioimmunoassay value of a normal woman is lower than 3.1. If it exceeds 5, the possibility of pregnancy can be considered, and if it exceeds 10, pregnancy can be basically confirmed.

The changes in the root of hCG in blood cells at different stages of pregnancy and among pregnant women are not comparable with each other and can only be compared with each other. During the first three months of pregnancy, hCG levels approximately double every 2.2±0.5 days. μg/L (mg/liter), mIU/ml (milliunits/ml), and IU/L (individual units/liter) are all possible terms that may appear on a blood hCG test report.

At present, the latter two types of companies are more commonly used. mIU is the same as mU (the I in the middle of mIU means "international"). That is, 1U/ml=1000MIU/ml=1000MIU/ml. Due to the different test values, the three are calculated as follows: 1000IU/L=1000MIU/ml==1μg/L periodontal calculation index.

It should be noted that some hospitals use ng/ml (ng/ml) on their outpatient test forms. This is an old system, 1ng/ml=1μg/L.

What is hCG

hCG, also known as human chorionic gonadotropin, is a glycoprotein metabolized by the trophoblast cells of the embryo. It is composed of α and β dimers of glycoprotein. Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) αβ, produced by trophoblasts. The glycoprotein growth hormone with a relative molecular mass of 36700, the α subunit is basically similar to FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone), LH (luteinizing hormone) and TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) metabolized by the pituitary gland, so they can produce cross-reactions with each other, while the structures of the β subunits are different. β-HCG has a similar structure to β-LH, but some of the last 24 carbohydrates are not present in β-LH.

hCG has the following effects:

(1) It has the functions of FSH and LH, maintains the service life of menstrual progesterone, and expands menstrual progesterone into pregnancy progesterone;

(2) Promote the aromatization of androgens into estrogens and stimulate the production of progesterone;

(3) Inhibit the stimulating effect of plant lectins on reticulocytes. Human chorionic gonadotropin can be adsorbed on the surface of trophoblast cells to prevent the trophoblast cells of test tube embryos from being attacked by the reticulocytes of pregnant mothers;

(4) LH-like effect: before the fetal pituitary gland secretes LH, it stimulates the fetal testicles to secrete testosterone to promote male sexual division; it can also promote the growth of sex hormones, and in men it can stimulate the activity of interstitial cells in the testicles and increase the secretion of androgen (testosterone). It is of great significance for the treatment of male patients with pituitary synergism. It can not only promote the growth of sex hormones and the secretion of androgens, but also promote the development of secondary sexual characteristics.

(5) It can fuse with the TSH protein kinase of the somatic cells of the pregnant mother's thyroid cysts and stimulate thyroid cyst specificity.
