Gynecological diseases caused by taking anti-inflammatory drugs

Gynecological diseases are very common among female friends. If you have gynecological diseases, the doctor will inevitably prescribe a lot of anti-inflammatory drugs. Anti-inflammatory drugs are not suitable for everyone. Some people will get red spots on their bodies after taking them, and some people will have diarrhea after taking them. These are symptoms of allergy to anti-inflammatory drugs. If this happens, stop taking the anti-inflammatory drugs immediately and go to the hospital for examination. It is not advisable to drink alcohol while taking anti-inflammatory drugs, otherwise adverse reactions will occur.

This is dysbacteriosis caused by taking antibiotics. The most direct way to adjust the balance of the bacterial flora is to supplement beneficial bacteria. Eat more yogurt, cheese, etc. containing lactic acid bacteria in your daily diet. Eating yogurt and cheese alone will not improve the condition. You can take medicines that can supplement bifidobacteria, lactobacillus and lactic acid bacteria under the guidance of a doctor.

It is considered to be functional constipation; the diarrhea is caused by intestinal flora imbalance after taking antibiotics. Opinion: You can now use some norfloxacin and fumarate to treat diarrhea, and pay attention to rest. Common constipation should pay attention to the following points:

1. Eat more intestinal moisturizing foods such as bananas, sesame seeds, honey, etc. 2. Avoid eating irritating foods and eat more foods containing crude fiber 3. Drink more water. After getting up in the morning, you can drink some warm and light salt water to accelerate intestinal peristalsis.

4. Develop the habit of regular bowel movements.

Here are some suggestions for the use of anti-inflammatory drugs:

1. People with allergies should use antibiotics with caution, and drugs that cause allergies are contraindicated.

2. Macrolides, sulfonamides, anti-tuberculosis and anti-fungal drugs should be used with caution in patients with liver dysfunction. When the latter two are used for a long time, liver function should be checked regularly. Cephalosporins can also damage liver function at higher doses.

3. Elderly and young patients should avoid using nephrotoxic and ototoxic drugs such as gentamicin, streptomycin, and kanamycin.

4. Sulfonamides inhibit thyroid function and are therefore contraindicated in patients with hypothyroidism.

5. Chinese medicine preparations such as Shuanghuanglian oral liquid, Andrographis paniculata tablets, Rubescens rubescens tablets, and Nasturtium lotus granules, and herbs such as wild chrysanthemum, honeysuckle, forsythia, dandelion, and scutellaria baicalensis are more suitable for non-purulent upper respiratory tract infections and have fewer side effects.

6. If there are no clear signs of infection, the use of antibiotics should be avoided as much as possible to prevent the development of drug resistance (bacteria adapt to and resist drugs) and dual infection (after sensitive bacteria are killed, insensitive bacteria infect the body due to loss of antagonism).
