Leucorrhea, abdominal pain, inflammation in the morning

In life, many people are often troubled by leucorrhea. The problem of leucorrhea is indeed very annoying when it comes. Some people want leucorrhea, but do not want it to appear, because sometimes the appearance of leucorrhea can cause dull pain in the abdomen. In this case, we should consider the possibility of inflammation, and most of the time it will occur in the morning.

symptom

1. Curd-like leucorrhea: It is a characteristic of candidal vaginitis, often accompanied by severe vulvar itching or burning pain.

2. White or grayish yellow foamy leucorrhea: It is a characteristic of Trichomonas vaginitis and may be accompanied by vulvar itching.

3. Purulent leucorrhea: yellow or yellow-green in color, sticky, and often smelly. It can be caused by acute vaginitis, cervicitis, and endocervicitis caused by bacteria such as Trichomonas or gonococci. Pyometra, cervical cancer, vaginal cancer or foreign objects retained in the vagina can also cause pus-like leucorrhea.

4. Colorless, transparent, sticky leucorrhea: It is egg white-like and similar in properties to the mucus secreted by the cervical glands during ovulation, but the amount of secretion is significantly increased compared to usual. Generally, the possibility of chronic endocervicitis, ovarian dysfunction, vaginal adenosis, or well-differentiated cervical adenocarcinoma should be considered.

Maintaining normal vaginal discharge

Under normal circumstances, vaginal lactobacilli are dominant in the vagina, with a small amount of anaerobic bacteria, mycoplasma and Candida albicans. These bacteria form a normal ecological balance. However, when the human body's immunity is low, endocrine hormones change, or external factors such as tissue damage and sexual intercourse disrupt the ecological balance of the vagina, these resident bacteria will become pathogenic bacteria, break through the vaginal barrier and cause infection. For treatment, it is recommended to use the topical medication Oqins.

1. Avoid excessive cleaning

Frequent use of pharmaceutical-grade cleansing lotions, disinfected sanitary pads, etc. can easily destroy the weakly acidic environment of the vagina, which can maintain its self-cleaning function.

2. Pay attention to nursing care during pregnancy

During pregnancy, sex hormone levels, glycogen and acidity in the vagina increase, making the vagina more susceptible to fungal invasion. For pregnant women, oral medications should not be used, but local prevention and auxiliary treatment plans should be selected.
