How to treat breast lumps

Mammary glands are tissues that grow on the skin and around the breasts. Both men and women have it, but women's mammary glands are more developed than men's. Men's mammary glands will degenerate with age, while women's will not. Because the mammary glands need to secrete milk to feed the baby. If people do not take good care of their breasts in daily activities, it will damage the breasts, and in severe cases it can lead to cancer. Therefore, if any abnormalities are found in the breasts, it is recommended that female friends find the cause as soon as possible and then receive symptomatic treatment. So how to treat breast lumps?

1. Breast hyperplasia is an endocrine disorder, a benign hyperplasia, which is mainly related to women's mood. You should keep a good mood. Anger and anxiety will aggravate the symptoms. You can take some oral medications. If there is no effect, you can stop taking the medication. You can also go to a beauty salon for massage treatment, which can improve the condition.

2. Breast fibroids: keep a happy mood and stable emotions. If the emotions are unstable, it can inhibit the ovulation function of the ovaries, increase estrogen levels, and lead to breast fibroids. People with other gynecological diseases are also prone to breast diseases, such as those with menstrual cycle disorders, adnexitis, etc. The incidence of breast fibroids is relatively high in patients with uterine fibroids. Therefore, actively preventing and treating gynecological diseases is also an important part of reducing the factors that induce breast fibroids. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are normal functions of the female body and a physiological regulation of breast function. Therefore, timely marriage, childbirth and breastfeeding are beneficial to the breast.

3. Lobular hyperplasia, treatment methods are:

Push and stroke method: The patient sits or lies on his side to fully expose his chest. First, sprinkle some talcum powder or apply a little paraffin oil on the affected breast, and then use the palms of both hands to gently push and stroke along the breast along the milk duct toward the nipple 50 to 100 times.

Kneading method: Use the hypothenar or thenar eminence of the palm to apply pressure to the affected area, and gently knead the red, swollen and painful areas. Knead the areas with lumps repeatedly several times until the lumps become soft.

Kneading, pinching and holding method: Use the five fingers of your right hand to grab the breast on the affected side and apply kneading techniques, grabbing and releasing, and repeat the technique 10 to 15 times. Use your left hand to gently pull the nipple several times to expand the milk ducts in the nipple.

Oscillation method: Use the hypothenar part of your right hand to push from the swelling of the breast along the base of the breast toward the nipple with high-speed oscillation, and repeat 3 to 5 times. The effect is better when a slight warm sensation appears locally. Or use Breast Angel Massage to reduce inflammation.
