How to eliminate fluid accumulation during pregnancy

How to eliminate fluid accumulation during pregnancy

A woman's body will undergo great changes during pregnancy, such as increased body temperature, drowsiness, and fatigue. These are all normal phenomena, but we cannot guarantee that some abnormal phenomena will not cause harm to the pregnant woman or the baby in the body. Uterine fluid effusion is an abnormal condition. It is a fluid that exudes due to inflammation. If you don't pay attention, it will cause harm to the body, so special attention should be paid during pregnancy.

1. If the bleeding does not continue, the blood accumulated in the uterine cavity will be discharged or absorbed. If the gestational sac is well developed and there is only fluid accumulation, it can be treated to preserve the fetus, and the fluid accumulated in the uterine cavity can be discharged or absorbed.

2. Uterine fluid accumulation mainly depends on self-absorption. It is recommended to draw blood to check the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin β-hCG and progesterone P, and then take oral progesterone capsules or dydrogesterone to preserve pregnancy after combining the results of B-ultrasound examination.

3. Uterine cavity effusion is mainly formed by inflammatory exudate, which means it has a certain relationship with inflammatory infection. Appropriate folic acid supplementation can prevent anemia, premature birth, and fetal malformations. Eat more bread, noodles and other cereal foods on a daily basis.

4. There are two types of pelvic effusion: physiological effusion and pathological effusion. Physiological pelvic effusion mostly occurs after ovulation or in early pregnancy, and can usually disappear naturally without treatment. But most pelvic effusions are caused by inflammation. Folic acid supplementation can prevent anemia, premature birth, and fetal malformations. This is especially important in the early stages of pregnancy because the early stages are critical for the development of the fetus's nervous organs. Pregnant mothers should eat foods rich in folic acid regularly, such as cereal foods such as bread, noodles, white rice and flour, as well as beef liver, spinach, asparagus, asparagus, beans, apples, citrus, oranges, etc. In addition to dietary supplements, you can also take folic acid tablets orally to ensure your daily folic acid needs.

5. If there is fluid accumulation in the uterine cavity at 50 days of pregnancy, it is considered a threatened abortion. There is no good way to eliminate the fluid accumulation and you can only rely on yourself to absorb it slowly. It is best to pay attention to rest and take oral pregnancy-preserving medications. Check again after a week. If the fluid accumulation has decreased or disappeared, you can rest assured and pay attention to the development of the gestational sac.

6. If there is a small amount of fluid accumulation in the uterine cavity, go to the hospital regularly to observe whether it can be absorbed by itself. On the contrary, if there is a lot of fluid in the uterine cavity, the baby's development in the uterus may be slow or even stop. Under normal circumstances, if there is fluid accumulation in the uterine cavity, there is no good way to treat it, and you can only go to the hospital for regular observation.
