What to eat to enhance leucorrhea

The ovaries are very important reproductive organs for women. Ovulation occurs every month during the menstrual cycle. It is normal for leucorrhea to be stringy during the ovulation stage. As long as there is no odor and no other symptoms, there is no need to worry about stringy leucorrhea. Usually, it is mainly treated with soups and water.

What foods can stimulate ovulation?

During the ovulation period, women's ability to conceive is very strong, so people often use this period of time to conceive. However, if ovulation is not good or there is no ovulation, we need to use some methods to achieve normal ovulation. Usually, diet therapy is our first choice.

1. Brown sugar ginger soup

250 grams of brown sugar and 150 grams of ground ginger, steam for 30 minutes, divide into 7 portions, take with boiled water on an empty stomach every morning starting from the second day after the menstruation is over, for 7 consecutive days. Sexual intercourse is prohibited during medication. (Mainly for treating uterine cold)

2. Pregnancy-aiding formula

Use 12 grams each of Dianfen, Xianlingpi, processed Polygonatum, raw and cooked Rehmannia, 9 grams each of Chuanxiong, Shitongye, and roasted Jiapian, and 2.5 grams each of cloves and osmanthus. Decoction in water, take 7 doses after menstruation.

3. Ovulation-stimulating soup

Take 12 grams of Angelica sinensis, 10 grams of Red Peony Root, 15 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 10 grams of Zedoariae, 15 grams of Lycium bark, 12 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 15 grams of Rosa rugosa, 15 grams of Vaccaria segetalis, 9 grams of Cyperus rotundus, 15 grams of Carthamus tinctorius, 12 grams of Cnidium monnieri, and 15 grams of Epimedium. Take one dose daily for 6 consecutive days starting from the 11th day after the start of menstruation. (This recipe mainly promotes ovulation of mature follicles)

4. Xiantian Guiyi Soup

Take 36 grams of angelica, 30 grams each of Atractylodes macrocephala, Radix Rehmanniae, and Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 24 grams each of ginseng, white peony root, and Achyranthes bidentata, 21 grams each of Amomum villosum, Cyperus rotundus, Cortex Moutan, and processed Pinellia, 18 grams of dried tangerine peel, 12 grams of licorice, and 3 grams of ginger. Mix the above medicines evenly, divide into 10 doses, take 1 dose daily, decoct in water and take on an empty stomach. Take 5 doses during menstruation, and then take 5 doses after menstruation.

5. Luteinizing Decoction

12g of tortoise shell, 15g of salvia miltiorrhiza, 20g of Houttuynia cordata, 12g of Chuanduan, 15g of Dayun, 20g of wolfberry, 15g of Cuscuta australis, 10g of Ligustrum lucidum, 12g of Morinda officinalis, 15g of Epimedium, 6g of processed aconite, 3g of cinnamon (take in a separate bag). For dysmenorrhea, add cinnamon. For blood stasis, add Zedoaria. Start taking it from the 17th day after the start of menstruation, 1 dose every other day, for a total of 5 doses. (This prescription mainly promotes the formation of corpus luteum and enables it to secrete sufficient amounts of progesterone)
