When these abnormalities occur in our body, it means you should go to the hospital for a rectal examination:

① Long-term constipation, diarrhea, incomplete defecation, and irregular defecation;

② The stool contains blood, mucus, becomes thinner, or changes color (becomes black);

③ The chrysanthemum is always itchy, painful, or has pus or fluid discharge;

④ Have a history of anorectal diseases, such as hemorrhoids, polyps, colitis, anal fissure, etc.;

⑤ A direct relative has had rectal cancer before;

⑥ Over 45 years old, smokes, drinks, and doesn't like to eat vegetables. Of course, digital rectal examination is only a preliminary examination. If you have the above symptoms, you still need to have anal ultrasound, colonoscopy and other examinations.

Most colorectal cancers develop from benign adenomas, and it takes more than 5 years for adenomas to become malignant. Therefore, if you can take the initiative to have an anorectal health check every year, it will be of great significance for early detection of colon cancer.
