3. Stimulate breast

Cover your breasts with your hands and gently grasp and press them. It is best to do it with quick movements, and it should last for about 1 minute.

4. Lie on your back on the bed, start from the area around the breast and press gently in a rotating motion towards the nipple, first in a clockwise direction, then counterclockwise, until the breast skin turns slightly red. Finally, lift the nipple 5-10 times in a row. This can stimulate the entire breast, including the glandular ducts, breast fat, connective tissue, nipple and areola, making the breasts fuller and more elastic.
