What should I do about amenorrhea? I am only 22 years old.

What should I do about amenorrhea? I am only 22 years old.

Amenorrhea in young women must be taken seriously. The first thing that comes to mind is whether they have had sex without safety measures, resulting in pregnancy and amenorrhea. Pregnancy is the direct cause of amenorrhea. Another possibility is that it is due to certain mental stimulation, or taking a cold shower during menstruation, which may also cause amenorrhea. The specific reasons are different, so the treatment methods are also different.

If a woman at the age of 22 has amenorrhea, the following reasons may be considered.

1. Uterine amenorrhea. It is also the failure of the endometrium to produce a normal response to hormonal stimulation of the ovaries, known as reactive uterine failure, which can cause amenorrhea.

2. Damage to the endometrium, such as artificial abortion and excessive curettage, can cause intrauterine adhesions and lead to amenorrhea. Tuberculous endometritis can also cause destruction of the endometrium and cause amenorrhea. There is also amenorrhea caused by ovarian amenorrhea, decreased ovarian hormone levels, and the inability of the endometrium to undergo cyclical changes, so appropriate treatment should be given according to the cause of amenorrhea. It is recommended to go to the hospital to have a blood test for six sex hormones on the second day of menstruation, and then decide on the treatment plan based on the results of the six sex hormones. If all six sex hormones are normal, it is recommended to take progesterone capsules orally, once a day, 2 capsules each time, and take it orally before going to bed. Use it for 5 consecutive days. Menstruation will come 3-7 days after stopping the medication.

3. It is important to remind you that if you have sexual intercourse without taking contraceptive measures and experience amenorrhea, you should first rule out the possibility of pregnancy.

4. First of all, we need to check whether you are dieting to lose weight, whether you have had any surgery, whether you are taking any medication, and also find out whether there are multiple causes of endocrine disorders. You should go to the endocrinology and reproductive department to understand the specific cause and receive symptomatic treatment.

5.- It may be related to endocrine. You can take Wu Ji Bai Feng Wan for better effect, or inject progesterone for three days and use hormones for artificial cycle treatment. It is considered to be caused by uterine cold and blood stasis. Just relax and wait. Changes in lifestyle and eating habits will cause it, so don't worry too much.

6. If you don't have your period, it may be a symptom of endocrine disorders. You should get more rest and take Wu Ji Bai Feng Wan to regulate your menstruation. You can do a six-item hormone test on the third day of your period. If there is any problem, seek treatment early.

7. Go to the hospital to test 6 hormones first, and then check the endometrium. First, find out what causes amenorrhea. Only after finding out the cause can you treat it accordingly.
