Menstruation is delayed for two days and leucorrhea increases

For every adult woman, menstruation has a certain cycle, ranging from more than 20 days to more than 40 days. If the menstruation is delayed than usual and reaches more than 7 days, it should be regarded as delayed menstruation. It should be considered normal within the 7-day range, so a two-day delay in menstruation is normal in itself. Leucorrhea is a kind of vaginal secretion, including physiological leucorrhea and pathological leucorrhea. When the leucorrhea increases, patients should pay attention to it and promptly diagnose whether it is pathological leucorrhea.

Nowadays, many women are troubled by the increase of leucorrhea. As long as they take good precautions, there will not be too much fluctuation. Leucorrhea is a white secretion from the vagina. The discharge of leucorrhea from the vagina does not necessarily mean that there is a disease. Normal women usually have a small amount of leucorrhea without odor, which is a bit like raw egg white. This is a normal phenomenon. If the leucorrhea increases, if it has a special fishy smell, and the color changes, this is a sign of disease. Due to the change in the pace of life and the increase in life pressure, why does menstruation become delayed and the amount of leucorrhea increase?

1 Some female friends are worried that leucorrhea will stain their underwear or are too lazy to wash their underwear, so they always use sanitary pads. This practice is not advisable as it can easily breed a large number of bacteria. Therefore, try not to use sanitary pads when you are not menstruating. Wash your vulva with clean water and change your underwear every night. Female friends should remember this.

2 Go to the hospital for regular check-ups, at least once a year. If you experience increased vaginal discharge or discomfort, go to the hospital immediately. If you need to take medicine, be sure to listen to the doctor's instructions or suggestions. Do not use sanitary pads and change your underwear every day. This can reduce bacterial transmission and the possibility of increased vaginal discharge, and your own health can also be guaranteed.

3. Get enough sleep, exercise every day, and eat more vitamins and other foods. This will help reduce the possibility of increased vaginal discharge. I hope everyone will stick to this. Also, keep a healthy mentality, which is a very important method of psychological treatment. Always find things that make you happy, maintain a peaceful mental state, and avoid being too excited, angry, or impatient.

Note:

You should exercise regularly to strengthen your physical fitness; ensure adequate sleep; eat more foods rich in vitamins; and learn to regulate your emotions, as your immunity will be enhanced when you are in a good mood. This is the only way to avoid disease.
