3. Expectant mothers are more likely to experience abdominal distension due to decreased gastrointestinal function during pregnancy. If you feel bloated after eating too much, it is recommended that you eat small meals frequently. As long as your stomach does not hurt, it will be fine. This is usually the case during pregnancy. Just don't eat too much and keep up with the nutrition and calcium, which is good for the baby. You can eat some apples, which will help with digestion and is also good for the baby's skin.
