As the mammary glands grow larger, lump-like masses will develop on the breasts. This is an inevitable part of being a mother. Increased vaginal discharge: Increased vaginal discharge is caused by a sharp increase in hormones and is a normal phenomenon. Hunger: You will always feel very hungry and want to eat in the early stages of pregnancy. This is normal and the food should be light.
