Symptoms of poor embryo in early pregnancy

Symptoms of poor embryo in early pregnancy

If the embryo is not good in the early pregnancy, there will be threatened miscarriage. Generally speaking, threatened abortion is manifested by the cessation of early pregnancy reactions, sudden lower abdominal pain, milk overflow accompanied by abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding, etc. Therefore, once these symptoms appear, you should go to the hospital for timely examination, find out the cause, and then carry out targeted treatment to avoid affecting the child’s life safety and your own health!

1. Stop early pregnancy reaction

First, there will be no more nausea, vomiting and other early pregnancy reactions, and the feeling of breast swelling will also decrease. If the examination finds that the uterus is no longer growing, the pregnant woman will lose weight.

2. Sudden lower abdominal pain

In the early stages of pregnancy, due to the enlargement of the uterus, many pregnant women will feel a slight pulling pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen, a bit like the feeling of menstruation, not very strong, and not continuous pain. This pain is a normal physiological phenomenon and does not require any special treatment.

However, if the pregnant mother suddenly feels severe back pain and stomach pain, a strong feeling of falling in the lower abdomen, and a small amount of bleeding Pregnant mothers need to be aware that this may be a threatened abortion, ectopic pregnancy, or malignant hydatidiform mole.

3. Breast discharge accompanied by abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding

It is normal for some expectant mothers to have milk leakage in the early stages of pregnancy. However, if the milk leakage is obvious and occurs at the same time as abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding, you should pay attention. Pregnant women with a history of unexplained miscarriage should be especially careful and do not rule out the possibility of hyperprolactinemia.

Excessively high prolactin levels can inhibit the secretion of hypothalamic-pituitary hormones, affecting fetal development and placental function, so endocrine examinations should be performed in a timely manner.

If the above symptoms occur in the first three months of pregnancy, you should go to the hospital for examination immediately. If it is confirmed that the embryo has stopped developing, you should follow the doctor's advice to remove it. Because for expectant mothers whose embryos cannot be expelled naturally, if the pregnancy tissue is not removed from the uterine cavity in time, it may cause serious consequences such as heavy bleeding or incomplete miscarriage, which may directly affect the next pregnancy.
