What to use for gynecological itching

There are many things that humans can't help doing, especially physiological ones, and itching is one of them. When I was young, I even saw a show on TV where a person had an itch on his back, but when he couldn’t scratch it, he would just rub it against the wall. But now it's better because I have the Itch Scratcher. In addition to the itching on the back, there is another kind of itching that is also very uncomfortable, that is gynecological itching, common vaginal itching. What can be used to clean gynecological itching?

Vaginal itching is a symptom caused by various vaginal diseases, but it can also occur in people with completely normal vaginas. When the itching worsens, patients often become restless, which affects their life and work.

The itching is mostly located in the clitoris and labia minora. It can also affect the labia majora, perineum and even the perianal area. It is often paroxysmal, but can also be continuous, usually aggravated at night. Unexplained vulvar itching usually only occurs in women of childbearing age or postmenopausal women, often affecting the entire vulva, but may also be limited to a certain part or one side of the vulva. Although the itching is very severe and even unbearable, the local skin and mucous membranes appear normal, or there are only scratches due to excessive scratching.

The main symptoms of vulvovaginal candidiasis and Trichomonas vaginitis are vulvar itching and increased leucorrhea. The main symptom of vulvar squamous epithelial hyperplasia is vulvar itching, accompanied by loss of vulvar skin pigmentation. Why does vulvar itching caused by pinworm infection occur most frequently at night? In patients with diabetes, sugar in their urine irritates the vulvar skin, especially when complicated by vulvovaginal candidiasis. The vulvar itching is particularly inflammatory and even unbearable, but the local skin and mucous membranes appear normal, or there are only scratches and blood scabs due to excessive scratching. When patients with chronic diseases such as jaundice, vitamin A and B deficiency, anemia, leukemia, etc. experience vulvar itching, it is often part of systemic itching. Hepatobiliary cholestasis during pregnancy can also cause itching of the skin, including the vulva.

Some young girls often suffer from unbearable itching in their genitals. Scratching is indecent, but not scratching is very painful and distressing. Vaginal itching is a symptom that can have a variety of causes.

Vulvar itching in young girls is mostly caused by inflammation, parasites, etc. This is because their ovarian function is not yet fully developed and the natural defense function of the vagina is poor, making them prone to various bacterial or non-bacterial vulvovaginitis and vulvar itching.

After entering puberty, the girl's vaginal epithelium thickens and vaginal folds appear. The endocrine secretions in the vagina also become acidic due to the rich content of lactobacilli, and the secretion volume also increases, and the natural defense function is significantly enhanced. At this time, vulvar itching is mostly caused by vulvovaginitis or Bartholin's glanditis due to lack of vulvar hygiene. If you do not pay attention to genital hygiene during menstruation after menarche, menstrual blood and vaginal secretions can contaminate and irritate the vulva and cause itching, and even develop into inflammation. The incidence of Trichomonas vulvovaginitis increases significantly after puberty. This is because the acidic vaginal environment caused by estrogen is a prerequisite for Trichomonas infection. Therefore, Trichomonas infection, which is rare in young girls, increases significantly after puberty. Girls are infected with Trichomonas mainly through indirect channels such as public baths, bathtubs, bath towels, toilets, and contact with sick relatives. Various sexually transmitted diseases have resurfaced in mainland my country. If we do not pay attention to public health and personal hygiene, we may also be infected through indirect channels and cause symptoms such as vulvar itching, and of course, various more serious consequences. The incidence of vulvar itching caused by pinworm infection is relatively low in teenage girls. The disease occurs because the female worms migrate to the vicinity of the anus to ovulate, which then causes vulvar itching, especially at night.

In addition, vulvar itching may also be a symptom of systemic diseases such as diabetes, jaundice, leukemia, anemia, etc. This may be accompanied by other corresponding clinical manifestations, and it is not difficult to find the primary disease after careful questioning and examination. Sometimes vulvar itching can also be the first symptom of systemic diseases, such as genital fungal infection during diabetes; other skin diseases such as tinea cruris and scabies can also cause vulvar itching.

The causes of vulvar itching include psychological factors, such as focusing too much attention on the genitals, and conditioned reflexes caused by other people talking about vulvar itching or scratching, which can cause vulvar itching.
