Caesarean section is tighter than natural birth

Caesarean section is tighter than natural birth

There are two ways for women to give birth: natural birth and caesarean section. Caesarean section is usually chosen when there is no other choice. Caesarean section is to cut open the woman's uterus and take the baby out, while natural birth is for the baby to crawl out through the woman's vagina by itself. So many people think that Caesarean section is more serious for women's lower body than natural birth. Is this really the case? Let’s see my explanation below.

It will be like this. In the case of a normal birth, as the baby passes through the birth canal, the ligaments supporting the uterus are also greatly stretched. If the labor is long, it may even cause the muscles and fascia of the pelvic floor to tear, and the ligaments to become loose. Therefore, mothers who give birth naturally will experience varying degrees of vaginal relaxation after delivery. However, when the mother is in labor, the muscles and ligaments in the pelvis will be fully extended to prepare the birth canal for the baby's birth. Therefore, even mothers who have undergone cesarean section will have loose vagina. It's just to a lesser extent.

Suggestions: Don’t worry too much. Vaginal relaxation can be improved through proper exercise, so if the conditions for a natural birth are available, you should still do it. Also, the baby will be squeezed by the birth canal during the birthing process, so it will be healthier than a baby born by cesarean section.

Both natural birth and cesarean section have their own advantages and disadvantages, but relatively speaking, the advantages of natural birth are greater than those of cesarean section. As for whether the vagina will become loose, it depends on the situation during natural birth. It should be said that the possibility of vaginal relaxation after cesarean section is relatively smaller, but other complications are obviously more than natural birth. If the fetus is small during natural birth and the labor progresses smoothly, then the impact on the vagina is not significant.

Suggestions: The choice of delivery method depends on the specific situation. So it can only be confirmed when the baby is born, but as long as there are no abnormalities, I think it is best to give birth naturally.
