White discharge from the urethra of a girl

White discharge from the urethra of a girl

If a girl has white discharge from her urethra, it does not necessarily mean she is sick. There is no need to be too nervous. First of all, you need to analyze the cause. Women may have white discharge before, during, or after menstruation or during ovulation. This is leucorrhea, not illness. If you are not in this period and there is too much white secretion, it may be an infection in the urethra. You should pay attention to personal hygiene and avoid eating spicy and irritating foods.

1. It is very likely due to gonococcal infection, which usually causes white secretions flowing out of the urethra and symptoms such as frequent urination and painful urination. In your case, I suggest that you first pay attention to rest. A light, warm and easily digestible diet is very important. It is recommended that you go to the hospital for a secretion test first. Don't rush for treatment. A clear diagnosis is very important.

2. It may be that you don’t pay attention to personal hygiene and have some inflammation. Wash your genitals every night, change your underwear, scald your underwear with boiling water, and expose it to the sun. It is also possible that there is something wrong with the sanitary napkin you are using and you have an allergic reaction to it. It is recommended that you change the brand of sanitary napkin next time. If you are used to one brand, it is best not to change.

3. Leucorrhea is a sticky white liquid that flows out of the vagina of women. It is a mixture of secretions from the Bartholin's glands, cervical glands, endometrium, exudate from the vaginal mucosa, and desquamated vaginal epithelial cells. Leucorrhea contains lactobacillus, lysozyme and antibodies, so it has the effect of inhibiting bacterial growth. During sexual intercourse, the amount of leucorrhea will increase, which will lubricate the vagina and facilitate sexual intercourse.

Generally, the amount of leucorrhea increases during the middle of the menstrual period and becomes thin and transparent; after ovulation, the leucorrhea becomes thick, turbid and less in quantity. There is an increase in leucorrhea before menstruation and during pregnancy.

4. White residue-like secretions may be caused by fungal infection. You need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the vagina and wash it frequently. You may consider washing with soda water. Also, change your underwear frequently and pay attention to your leucorrhea. If such discharge persists, you can have a discharge test.
