How do you know if your breasts are sagging?

Breast sagging can be divided into two categories. One is pathological breast sagging, which means that the nipple reaches or is smaller than the plane of the inframammary fold. Reaching the plane of the inframammary fold is called first degree sagging, exceeding the inframammary fold within 5cm is generally called mild sagging, and exceeding 5cm is moderate to severe sagging. People with moderate to severe sagging usually have nipples pointing downwards. There is also a very common type of sagging called latent ductal sagging, in which the nipple does not reach the level of the inframammary fold or is lower than the level of the inframammary fold, and the lowest part of the breast is lower than the level of the inframammary fold. This condition is called latent ductal sagging. It is usually seen in women after weaning, because the glandular ducts shrink and soften after weaning, and the glandular ducts can't maintain their original upright shape, so the glandular ducts are loose, and the breasts look shriveled and loose.

The main exercises to repair sagging breasts are to control diet and lose weight appropriately, which can reduce unnecessary breast fat, reduce breast weight, reduce sagging energy and help repair the breast shape.

Pay attention to training the pectoralis major muscle. During training, a strong pectoralis major muscle is helpful to enhance the breast tissue, which can keep the shape in the better condition you want to achieve. The main one is the pectoralis major muscle on the upper chest, which is behind the breast. The formation of the breast shape is actually due to the stretching effect of the pectoralis major muscle.

On the other hand, you need to reduce its weight by losing weight or controlling the amount of fat; well-trained muscles are conducive to the repair of sagging breasts. At the same time, you must also pay attention to having a suitable bra to support the breasts and not let it continue to be in a state of extension due to force. Therefore, having a suitable bra is also very important.
