1. Easily tired

2. Body temperature

Pregnancy: The body temperature will continue to rise and remain in the range of 36.9℃~37.2℃, and will only drop after three months.

Menstrual period: The body temperature of women of childbearing age may rise by 0.3~0.5℃ after ovulation and return to normal after the end of menstruation.

3. Breasts

Pregnancy: The breasts will feel tingling, swelling, itching, the areola will become darker in color, the veins under the skin of the breasts will become obvious, the nipples will be noticeably protruding, etc.

Menstrual period: There are small nodules in the breasts, which are painful to touch. The pain is relieved after menstruation, but will reappear before the next menstruation.

4. Backache

Pregnancy: There will be no symptoms of back pain in the early stages of pregnancy, only in the late stages of pregnancy.

Menstrual period: Women generally feel back pain during menstruation.

5. Frequent urination

Pregnancy: During the first three months of pregnancy, the bladder is compressed, causing its capacity to decrease, so frequent urination is common.

Menstrual period: Generally, there will be no frequent urination during menstruation.

6. Vaginal mucosal discoloration

Pregnancy: The vaginal mucosa may appear a darker color due to congestion.

Menstrual period: A woman's vaginal mucosa generally remains lighter in color during her menstrual period or before pregnancy.

7. Skin color changes

Pregnancy: Skin pigmentation or stretch marks may occur during pregnancy, especially in the later stages of pregnancy.

Menstruation: Some women's skin will become dark, oily, and acne-prone during menstruation, but the skin will return to normal after menstruation.

8. Appetite

Pregnancy: Many women experience nausea and vomiting in the early stages of pregnancy, especially in the morning. Some women experience mild symptoms, while others may be quite severe.

Menstrual period: Your appetite during this period needs to be compared with that before menstruation. Some people have a greatly increased appetite, some prefer spicy food, and some people will suffer from anorexia due to various discomforts before menstruation.
