1-2 crucian carps (about 150g); 50g tofu; 5g each of chopped green onion and ginger; 10g coriander; 1 tablespoon (10ml) oil; 1 teaspoon (5g) salt; 1 teaspoon (5ml) vinegar

1. Remove the internal organs of the crucian carp and clean it. If the crucian carp is large, cut the fish into 4 cm long segments. Cut tofu into 1cm cubes. Chop coriander into small pieces.

2. Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat, put the fish into the pan and fry for 2 minutes, add the scallion and ginger and stir-fry, then add 800ml of water. After the water boils, add vinegar and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

3. Put the diced tofu into the pot and cook for another 10 minutes until the soup turns white, then add salt. Pour the soup into a large bowl and sprinkle with cilantro.

1. Wash the pork bones, blanch them in boiling water to remove the blood foam, then remove and wash.

2. Peel the loofah, remove the head and tail, wash and cut into pieces.

3. Wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice comes out, turn to low heat, and pick out the tomato skin (you can peel it first)

5. Add pork bones, ginger, cooking wine, and water to cover the pork bones. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours.

6. Add the loofah and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt before turning off the heat.

The human body constitution may tend to be yang deficiency or yin deficiency. People with yang deficiency are often obese, have dull complexions, are quiet and introverted, prefer hot food, have a bland taste in the mouth, feel tired and afraid of the cold, have loose and soft stools, and clear, long urine. People with Yin deficiency are often thin and tall, with reddish complexion, irritable personality, dry mouth and throat, prefer cold drinks, feel hot in limbs or hands and feet, have constipation, and short, red urine. You can judge based on your own situation.

Postpartum women are deficient in qi and blood, so their diet should be nutritious and easy to absorb, and they can have 4 to 5 meals a day, which should be warming and nourishing. Do not overeat greasy, cold, or spicy foods to avoid damaging the spleen and stomach and affecting qi, blood, and breast milk. Drinking more soup and fresh fruits can keep your bowels and bladder smooth. Joint pain is also prone to occur after childbirth, which is more common in the cold and humid seasons of winter and spring. Although October in the new calendar is not winter, you should still pay attention to keeping your limbs warm after childbirth. You can take ginger soup, ginger vinegar, and wine in moderation to warm the blood and dispel wind and cold.
