2. Chestnut stewed chicken wings

Ingredients: chestnuts, chicken wings, bell peppers, cooking oil, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, onions, ginger, garlic, etc.

3. Corn and Scallop Porridge

Ingredients: porridge, scallops, corn, carrots, pork, celery.

Method: Grate carrots, peel corn, and chop pork into minced meat. Soak the scallops until soft and tear into shreds. Chop celery. Put rice and corn into the pressure cooker and cook them into porridge. When the lid is ready to be opened, turn on the heat again. Add shredded carrots, minced meat and shredded scallops.
