What are some effective methods for pregnant women to induce labor?

The ten months of pregnancy is a relatively happy stage, and the most exciting moment is when the fetus is born. For this reason, many pregnant women are full of expectations. However, some fetuses develop later, resulting in the actual delivery time being later than predicted. Therefore, in order to see the fetus as soon as possible, pregnant women can choose to induce labor. Let’s take a look at what are the effective methods for pregnant women to induce labor?

Diet to induce labor

In recent years, scrambled eggs with castor oil has been used in many hospitals' obstetrics and gynecology departments as one of the methods to induce labor in late pregnancy. The method is: add 2 raw eggs to 30 ml of castor oil, stir thoroughly, heat until it solidifies and then you can eat it.

Special note: This method of inducing labor is simple and the effect is reliable. But not every pregnant woman can use it casually. Usually, doctors in obstetrics and gynecology hospitals will recommend this method to pregnant women after 39 weeks of pregnancy, and will conduct a careful examination of the condition of the pregnant woman and fetus before use. If the examination shows that the medicine can be used, the doctor must closely observe the uterine contractions and the progress of labor after the expectant mother takes it to ensure the safety of mother and baby.

Prenatal exercise

Choose a comfortable time period every morning and afternoon, and walk briskly in the garden or an outdoor environment with fresh air. Walk for about 30 minutes each time. After that, you can gradually increase the number of walks. The time is not fixed, and it is best for pregnant women not to feel tired.

Do slow squats every night before going to bed. At first, do 5 squats each time, twice a day. Later, you can gradually increase to 4 squats per night, or 20 squats. But you must be careful to move slowly when squatting. You don't have to squat completely. You can hold on to the bed to do a half squat, and then slowly stand up. Some pregnant mothers see results after doing this for two or three days.

Warm water bath method

When bathing, use warm water to shower, especially repeatedly rinse the bulging abdomen from the upper part of the belly. While rinsing, gently stroke the abdomen with your palms and communicate with the fetus. Adjust the bathroom temperature to a comfortable level for your whole body. You can increase the number of baths to two or three times a day, but be careful not to let the water be too hot or too cold. Each bath should not last more than 15 minutes.
