How big does the follicle need to be to make pregnancy easy?

Pregnancy is the happiest thing for a couple, because it is the manifestation of the fruit of love and the hope of family inheritance. However, in modern life, more and more women have problems with pregnancy, resulting in delays in becoming pregnant and having children. Most of these reasons are caused by problems with the development of female ovarian follicles. Let’s take a look at how big the follicles need to be to make it easier to get pregnant. How to get pregnant? I hope everyone can understand.

Under normal circumstances, the development of follicles to 1.8-2.5cm is within the normal range. If the follicles are immature or mature but cannot be discharged, conception is impossible. Most of the characteristics of mature follicles can be monitored through B-ultrasound.

Conception is a complex physiological process that requires the following conditions:

1. The ovaries release normal eggs, and the semen is normal and contains normal sperm;

2. The egg and sperm can meet and combine in the fallopian tube to form a fertilized egg, which is then smoothly transported into the uterine cavity;

3. The endometrium is fully prepared for the implantation of the fertilized egg.

Based on the latest research and statistics, the following conclusions are drawn: the largest follicle appears on the 10th to 16th day of menstruation, the follicle is 20mm in diameter, round in shape, with thin walls, protruding to one side of the ovary, and good internal sound permeability. Ovulation usually occurs within 10 hours, and ovulation is more common on the 12th to 18th day of menstruation, and a few may occur on the 20th to 30th day. Patients are reminded here not to be too careless about this disease, because if ovulation fails or the quality of the ovulated eggs is poor, it will affect normal conception and fertility. Only when the follicles develop to a sufficient maturity can their functions be complete, and the eggs released from them will be mature and healthy.
