This requires pregnant women to be careful not to get tired, and to go up and down the stairs gently and slowly, and not to walk fast. If you experience palpitations and shortness of breath, stand up and rest for a while, or sit or lie down and calm down for a while. If a pregnant woman experiences palpitations, she needs to go to the hospital for examination to rule out heart disease.
