How to diagnose and treat cervicitis?

Cervicitis is a relatively common gynecological disease. Many female friends have suffered from this disease, but in most cases it is very mild and can be repaired by the body's own antibodies. If the cervicitis is more serious, it can be treated with physical therapy, such as laser therapy, BBT therapy, etc.

If mild cervical inflammation is not treated, it will quickly develop into moderate or even severe inflammation. Many women choose medication to treat cervicitis. In fact, medication is not the best way to treat mild cervicitis. Because the course of drug treatment is long and the efficacy is poor, the symptoms will recur during the treatment. Moreover, once the bacteria develop drug resistance, the drugs will lose their therapeutic effect.

The best way to treat mild cervical inflammation is with physical therapy. Common physical therapies include laser therapy, Bohm light therapy, BBT, HIFU, etc. However, these treatments all have more or less disadvantages. Some therapies may damage the cervix, some therapies cannot cure the disease in one go, and some therapies may cause recurrent attacks of the disease.

Therefore, only by treating and maintaining the uterus and ovaries at the same time can the inflammation be completely eliminated and prevented from recurring. When treating mild cervicitis, you should pay attention to:

●Avoid premature, excessive, and frequent births and abortions. Both childbirth and miscarriage can cause damage to the cervix, providing an opportunity for bacteria to invade.

●Not starting sexual life too early is the key to effectively preventing cervicitis. The squamous epithelium of the cervix has not yet matured during adolescence, and sexual intercourse can easily cause the squamous cells to fall off and cause cervicitis.

●Pay attention to the cleanliness of the vulva and vagina. Infection should be prevented after delivery, miscarriage, and cervical physical therapy, and sexual intercourse should be avoided in the short term.
