3. For those with regular menstruation, you can start taking oral contraceptive pills 3-5 days before your period, one pill every night, continuously until the end of the activity. Your period will come 3-5 days after stopping the medication.

4. Take "21+7" short-acting contraceptive pills 7 days before your period. If you take the pills every day, you won't have your period and it can also prevent pregnancy. You can stop taking the pills when you want your period.
