In addition, patients with gynecological inflammation (pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis, cervicitis, etc.) type infertility often have heavy, bright red, thick, and fishy menstrual discharge.

Western medicine believes that it is caused by infection, while traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is caused by damp heat and heat forcing blood to flow abnormally. There is also infertility caused by uterine fibroids or endometriosis, which often manifests as early menstruation, heavy menstruation, continuous bleeding, severe dysmenorrhea, etc. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that these symptoms are more common in people with blood heat and blood stasis or qi failure to retain blood. From the above examples, we can see that infertility is accompanied by various menstrual problems, and the occurrence of menstrual problems is often accompanied by the occurrence of infertility.
