What causes backache caused by gynecological inflammation?

Gynecological inflammation can easily cause back pain, such as pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis and other diseases. These inflammations are closely related to many bacterial infections, such as hemolytic streptococci and Staphylococcus aureus, which are the key to infecting these gynecological diseases.

1. There are many types of pathogens that cause pelvic inflammatory disease, including hemolytic streptococci, anaerobic streptococci, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.

2. Pelvic inflammatory disease is mostly caused by pathogens invading the genitals through the reproductive tract, the exfoliated surface of the endometrium during menstruation, and the wounds of genital surgery. Pathogenic bacteria can enter the vagina from the anus and vulva, and ascend along the mucosa. They can pass through the cervix and endometrium, and spread along the fallopian tubes to the ovaries and abdominal cavity. They can also spread to the reproductive organs through the blood, or spread to the pelvic cavity through the lymphatic system. Infections of adjacent organs, such as appendicitis and colon diverticulitis, can spread directly to the fallopian tubes and uterus.

3. Pelvic inflammatory disease can be divided into acute and chronic. Acute pelvic inflammatory disease has an acute onset and is a serious condition. Patients all have chills, fever, and lower abdominal pain to varying degrees. Sometimes the urinary tract may also experience symptoms of irritation or compression, such as dysuria, frequent urination, and difficulty urinating. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is often caused by failure to completely treat acute pelvic inflammatory disease. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is often stubborn and often forms adhesion masses in the fallopian tubes and ovaries. Due to adhesion to the surrounding areas, anti-inflammatory drugs are difficult to enter, so it is not easy to cure completely.

4. Menstrual changes such as increased menstrual blood volume, frequent menstruation, and prolonged menstruation often lead to infertility.

5. The treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease must be timely and thorough (with sufficient dosage), and it is best to adopt comprehensive treatment. During an acute attack, you should rest in bed in a semi-recumbent position (to limit the inflammation to the lower pelvic cavity and reduce the chance of spread).

6. In order to limit the inflammation to the early stage of acute inflammation, local cold compress should be applied to relieve pain, and then hot compress should be applied to promote the absorption of inflammation. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is often treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with physical therapy, TDP treatment machine external beam radiation or acupuncture.
