Right breast nodule birads3

Right breast nodule birads3

Breast nodules are a common disease in women. Breast nodules are usually caused by breast cysts. The right breast nodule birads3 is benign and can be removed through surgery. You need to pay more attention to observe the changes in the disease, avoid being too tired, and pay more attention to rest.

What does bdrads3 type of right breast nodule mean?

Breast nodules are divided into three categories, which generally mean benign tumors, which are considered to be caused by breast fibroids or breast cysts. In this case, it depends on the specific size of the tumor. If it is around 0.4, 0.6, or 0.8, surgical treatment is not required and regular color ultrasound checks can be performed. However, if the psychological burden is heavy, minimally invasive surgery can be performed to remove the tumor. If the tumor is around 1.0 to 1.5, it is an obvious breast fibroid or cyst, and surgical removal is recommended at this time, and no regular check-ups are required.

1. BI-RADS level 0: means the assessment is incomplete. The patient needs to be recalled, additional imaging examinations need to be performed, or the results need to be compared with previous examinations for further evaluation.

2. BI-RADS level 1: Negative result, no abnormal lesions found, that is, normal breast.

3. BI-RADS level 2: Benign lesions, malignancy can be basically ruled out. Just check regularly.

BI-RADS 3: It may be a benign lesion. Short-term follow-up (within one year, generally 3 to 6 months) is recommended. The doctor needs to confirm the benign judgment through short-term follow-up observation. If it is stable for 2 to 3 consecutive years, it can be changed to BI-RADS 2. The malignancy rate of BI-RADS grade 3 lesions is generally <2%.

5. BI-RADS level 4: suspected malignant lesions. Clinical intervention by a doctor is required, and biopsy is generally considered first, such as core needle biopsy, Mammotome biopsy or surgical biopsy. This level can be further divided into three categories: 4a, 4b, and 4c.
