Treatment of acute mastitis, do you understand these methods?

Mastitis is a very common breast disease. It is not difficult to treat, so female friends do not need to panic. The most important thing is to adopt the correct treatment method, such as acupuncture, light therapy, and drug therapy, etc.

1. Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient and miraculous treatment method handed down in China. Acupuncture treatment of acute mastitis mainly relies on acupuncture points to stimulate nerves and cause local reactions to achieve the treatment goal. The main acupuncture points include: Zusanli, Quchi, Ganshu, Weishu, Taichong, Rugen, Jianjing and other points. Before acupuncture, you should ask your doctor whether your physical condition is suitable for acupuncture.

2. Light therapy

Both infrared and ultraviolet rays belong to phototherapy of physical therapy. Infrared heat has strong penetrating power and can reach deep into breast tissue, improving local blood circulation and promoting the dissipation of inflammation, with better effects than hot compresses. Ultraviolet rays have a good anti-inflammatory effect through photochemical action and erythema radiation, especially for acute infectious inflammation of superficial skin tissue, and have a strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.

3. Drug therapy

I believe everyone is familiar with drug treatment, and there are many types of drugs. It can generally be divided into oral, external and injection. No matter what the disease is, there is a corresponding medicine, which is also the first choice for most patients to treat the disease. The choice of medication for acute mastitis is unique because the patient must consider the effect of the medication on herself and the nursing infant. Patients should choose appropriate medicines under the guidance of their doctors.
