Early symptoms of breast hyperplasia, early prevention

Nowadays, many diseases have effective treatments, but the occurrence of any disease will damage physical health, so the best way to deal with disease is prevention. For example, for a disease like breast hyperplasia, you must first understand the symptoms of the disease and then take preventive measures.

1. Endocrine disorders: Decreased secretion of progesterone and relative increase in estrogen are the causes of breast hyperplasia. Such as incomplete ovarian development, irregular menstruation, thyroid disease and liver dysfunction.

2. Human factors or bad living habits: The causes of this type of breast hyperplasia include female infertility due to advanced age, sexual dysfunction, artificial abortion, marital discord, and non-breastfeeding, which result in the breast being unable to have normal, cyclical physiological activities. Wearing a bra that is too tight or a tight underwear, etc.

3. Unreasonable diet structure: It is also a common cause of breast hyperplasia. For example, a high-fat, high-energy diet leads to excessive fat intake, and bad living habits such as drinking and smoking can induce breast disease. In addition, people's diet is better now, and many people suffer from high blood pressure and high blood sugar, which can easily cause endocrine disorders in women and lead to breast hyperplasia.

4. Influence of emotional factors: Negative mental factors such as mental stress and emotional excitement can easily lead to breast hyperplasia. Staying up late and lack of sleep can also cause breast hyperplasia, and these negative factors will aggravate existing symptoms of breast hyperplasia. This is one of the more common causes of breast hyperplasia.

5. Breast lumps: Lumps can occur in one or both breasts, single or multiple, and are more common in the upper outer quadrant of the breast, but can also be seen in other quadrants. The shapes of the lumps include flake-shaped, nodular-shaped, cord-shaped, granular-shaped, etc., among which the flake-shaped is the most common. The lump has unclear boundaries, is of medium or slightly hard texture, has good mobility, has no adhesion to surrounding tissues, and is often tender. The lumps vary in size, with small ones being as big as millet grains and large ones exceeding 3 to 4 cm. Breast lumps also change with the menstrual cycle. The lumps become larger and harder before menstruation, and shrink and soften after menstruation.
