Autologous fat breast augmentation needs to pay attention to these points

Many women want to have a perfect figure. Some women have a plump body but flat breasts, which makes them feel very distressed. They can choose to use autologous fat breast augmentation to make their breasts fuller and other excess fat in the body can also be utilized. Here are a few points you should pay attention to when performing autologous fat breast augmentation.

1. Choose your liposuction method carefully

Although the extracted fat is 100% safe, it does not mean that the extracted fat is 100% usable. Many people like to perform liposuction and breast augmentation at the same time, killing two birds with one stone. But during this process, you must pay attention to the liposuction method used by the doctor. If liposuction methods such as resonance, ultrasound, electronics, and laser are used, the body's fat will be destroyed, and the survival rate of the extracted fat will be almost zero. Therefore, if a doctor uses liposuction, which destroys fat, and claims to use his own fat for breast augmentation, he is likely using artificial fat to make up the difference.

2. Do not transplant too many cells at one time

Some surgeons do not understand that transplanted fat has limited survival capacity. If the physician does not communicate with the patient before the operation and transplants a large amount of fat into the breasts at one time, the breasts will appear fuller in the short period of time after the operation (sometimes the effect is even better than other types of breast augmentation methods), but as time goes on, some of the fat will begin to shrink and necrotize. Usually, part of the fat that cannot survive will be absorbed by the body, while another part may harden into fat nodules, which feel like small breast tumors. At this time, another operation must be performed to remove these fat lumps, so try to do it as many times as possible and in small amounts, and don't be greedy.

3 Fat Donor Area

There are differences in the activity of lipoprotease (LPL) in adipose tissue of different parts of the human body. Among them, LPL activity is highest in the thighs and buttocks, followed by the lower abdomen and upper abdomen. LPL has high activity and is beneficial to the regeneration and survival of transplanted fat cells.

4 Survival theory

There are two schools of thought regarding survival after fat transplantation. One is the host cell replacement theory proposed by Neuhof in 1923, which holds that transplanted fat cells will not survive, but the host interstitial cells will phagocytize and degrade the lipids released by the fat cells to become new adipose tissue. The other is the cell survival theory proposed by Peer in 1956. They believed that some transplanted fat cells could survive, and after the inflammatory cell response subsided, these fat cells would eventually remain in the transplanted body. The host tissue cells only play the role of clearing lipids and necrotic fat cells and cannot replace the transplanted fat cells. The key to both theories is whether the implanted fat tissue becomes new fat cells in the host, or whether pre-fat cells exist in the transplant. With the deepening of research and the proposal and development of the pre-adipocyte theory, the transplanted fat cell survival theory has been supported by many scholars.
