1. Lumbar muscle strain.

For people who work in a standing position for a long time, the stretching ability of the lumbar tendons and ligaments is weakened due to continuous standing, and excessive lactic acid can accumulate locally, inhibiting the normal metabolism of the lumbar muscles and also leading to low back pain caused by lumbar muscle strain. Abnormal standing or sitting postures, and wearing a too tight waistband can all lead to low back pain.

2. Urinary tract infection.

Because the female urethra is short and straight, and the external opening of the urethra is close to the anus, E. coli often parasitizes. In addition, due to the physiological characteristics of women, the urethral opening has a greater chance of being contaminated. If hygiene is neglected, urinary tract infection is likely to occur. It often manifests as distension and pain in the lower back, and in severe cases, it radiates along the ureter to the perineum. In addition to urinary tract infections, urinary tract stones, tuberculosis and other diseases can also cause low back pain.

3. Reproductive diseases.

The incidence of female reproductive inflammation is relatively high, such as chronic adnexitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic connective tissue inflammation, salpingitis, etc. These inflammations are prone to be complicated by low back pain. Patients with pelvic tumors such as uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, and ovarian cysts may experience low back pain due to tumor compression of nerves or infiltration of cancer cells into the pelvic connective tissue. In addition, abnormal uterine position such as anteversion, retroflexion, and prolapse can also cause low back pain.

4. Fatigue during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

After pregnancy, the growth of the fetus may increase the support force of the waist, leading to relaxation of the sacrospinous ligament, compressing the pelvic nerves and blood vessels and causing low back pain. Excessive postpartum bleeding, premature labor, excessive fatigue, and cold can also cause low back pain.
