Correction chart of breech position at 38 weeks of pregnancy

Before giving birth, expectant mothers always consider whether to have a caesarean section or a natural birth. Doctors generally recommend pregnant mothers to choose natural childbirth, that is, natural delivery. Choosing natural birth has strict requirements on the baby's position in the mother's belly. What if some babies are naughty and are unwilling to cooperate in the late pregnancy? Today I will introduce to you several ways to correct the baby's "arm position".

First of all, you need to communicate more with your baby, such as talking to your baby to guide your baby to turn and using sounds to attract your baby to turn. The growth and development of the fetus in the expectant mother's body is a magical process, and the baby can also form an incredible connection with the expectant parents. Talk to children and they will understand the meaning of the sentences. Therefore, pregnant mothers can communicate more with their babies as appropriate. There is also a method that can play pleasant prenatal education songs for the baby under the pregnant mother's uterus. After the baby hears these pleasant songs or sounds, he may turn out for a better listening effect.

However, pregnant mothers need to note that, whether it is playing music or speaking, the louder the volume, the better, but the volume should be adjusted appropriately. This point must be remembered.

Secondly, pregnant mothers often make some special postures to adjust the baby's "arm position". For example, before doing the open knee-chest position, be sure to check with your doctor whether you have medical reasons to avoid this position. The open knee-chest position may be difficult for some expectant mothers. First, you put your body into a hand-knee position, and then ask someone to help put one or two cushions under your knees. The key point of this position is that your buttocks angle> 90°, that is, your thighs should not be placed under your abdomen (closed knee-chest position), otherwise it will not provide enough space for the fetus to exit the pelvis and resume position.

Another method is to use external versus venosus. If the baby's breech position still cannot be corrected when the mother is around 37 or 38 weeks pregnant, the mother can seek assistance from a doctor or midwife to use external versus venosus to correct the baby. However, this method is risky. Generally speaking, if you want to perform external cesarean section, you need to undergo some examinations of the fetus and uterus to ensure safety. The entire external version procedure takes about 5 to 10 minutes.

It should be noted that in rare cases, the embryo may separate from the uterus during the inversion surgery, or the fetus may still be in a confused state after the external inversion surgery, and the mother may still need to perform a cesarean section. Therefore, pregnant mothers must not do it themselves, and must go to a reliable hospital and be performed by skilled doctors or midwives.
