If you have abdominal distension and pain, and your abdomen is tight and erect, this is uterine contraction. You should go to the hospital immediately if it happens frequently, for example, the pain occurs once every 10 minutes, and each time lasts 30 seconds. There is also a case of water flowing into the vagina, which requires hospitalization.

After all, you have to have stomach pain before you can give birth. Spotting during pregnancy means that the secretion contains some blood. Physiological abdominal pain

(1) The enlarged uterus presses on the ribs, causing abdominal pain

As the fetus continues to grow, the uterus continues to expand. The expanded uterus is pressed against the ribs and continues to stimulate the outer edge of the ribs, causing rib pain and abdominal pain in pregnant women. This type of abdominal pain does not require medical treatment, and pregnant mothers can moderately relieve the pain by sleeping on their left side.

(2) Abdominal pain caused by false labor: False labor usually occurs in the middle and late stages of pregnancy. Some pregnant women will experience false labor starting from the 28th week of pregnancy, while others will not experience it until after the 30th week of pregnancy. False labor occurs in late pregnancy, causing abdominal pain.

False labor is a normal condition that occurs as the pregnancy progresses. Pregnant mothers should pay attention to distinguish between false labor and pathological uterine contractions and make good preparations for delivery.

(3) Abdominal pain caused by fetal movement: The fetal movement is most obvious between 28 and 32 weeks of pregnancy. After 32 weeks of pregnancy, the fetuses gradually grow and the space for them to move around becomes smaller and smaller. But they also move frequently, and when the baby's head hits the pregnant mother's pelvic floor muscles, it will cause abdominal pain.

Physiological abdominal pain

(1) Physiological abdominal pain in late pregnancy, such as placental abruption. The degree of abdominal pain is affected by comprehensive factors such as the size of the abruption area, the amount of blood, the level of internal uterine pressure, and whether the uterine muscle layer is damaged. In severe cases, symptoms such as unbearable abdominal pain, abdominal hardening, decreased fetal movement, and even shock may occur.

(2) If the pregnant mother suffers from gestational hypertension, chronic hypertension, abdominal trauma, etc., she will feel a tearing pain in the lower abdomen, often accompanied by vaginal bleeding.

(3) If a pregnant mother suddenly experiences severe and persistent pain in the lower abdomen, it may be a sign of premature birth or uterine rupture. When any of the above physiological abdominal pain symptoms occur, pregnant mothers must go to the hospital for medical treatment in time and do not delay.
