What are female anal diseases

There are many anal diseases in women, and everyone must pay attention to them. Once you have an anal disease, you must first find out the cause and pay more attention to the hygiene of the anus. So, do you know what female anal diseases are? Let me introduce to you in detail the common female anal diseases and the causes or precautions of various diseases. Let’s learn together.

Anal fissures are small ulcers in the full thickness of the skin of the anal canal below the dentate line. Its direction is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the anal canal, is about 0.5 to 1.0 cm long, is fusiform or oval in shape, and is difficult to heal. It is a common cause of severe anal pain in young and middle-aged people. Superficial lacerations of the anal canal cannot be considered anal fissures because they heal quickly and are often asymptomatic. Anal fissures often occur in the posterior and middle part of the anal canal. If there are anal fissures on the sides of the anal canal, or if there are multiple fissures, it should be considered that they may be early manifestations of intestinal inflammatory diseases.

External hemorrhoids are located below the dentate line and are lumps formed by varicose veins of the external hemorrhoidal plexus or inflammation, hypertrophy, connective tissue hyperplasia or thrombosis of the skin in the anal folds. The surface of external hemorrhoids is covered with skin, so they can be seen. They cannot be inserted into the anus and are not easy to bleed. The main symptoms are pain and foreign body sensation. Clinically, they are often divided into connective tissue external hemorrhoids, varicose external hemorrhoids, inflammatory external hemorrhoids, and thrombosed external hemorrhoids.

Pruritus ani (PA) is a common local pruritus. The anus sometimes feels slightly itchy. If the itching is severe and does not heal for a long time, it becomes pruritus. It is a common localized neurological dysfunctional skin disease. It is usually limited to the area around the anus, but may spread to the perineum, vulva or behind the scrotum. It mostly occurs in people aged 20 to 40 and the elderly, less frequently in young people under 20 years old, and rarely in children. This pruritus is more common in men than in women, and is more common in people who are quiet and do not exercise often.

No matter what kind of anal disease you have, once it occurs, you should pay attention to eating a light diet and keep the anus clean and hygienic. At the same time, seek medical help in time.

The above are some common female anal diseases that I introduced to you. I believe everyone is familiar with them. It is recommended that if women have anal diseases, they must not eat spicy, stimulating and greasy foods, eat more liquid food, eat a light diet, drink plenty of water to replenish the body's water. Once the condition is serious, they must seek medical attention in time.
