Pregnant woman sees black when she wakes up

Although pregnant women are prone to dizziness during pregnancy, we must not ignore it, because you cannot tell whether the dizziness is caused by pregnancy or other diseases, so it is still necessary to do a thorough investigation. If it is a reaction during pregnancy, you only need to do normal daily care. Why does a pregnant woman feel dizzy and have black eyes?

What is the cause of dizziness and black eyes in pregnant women?

1. Pregnant women with slightly low blood pressure and cerebral ischemia usually faint when they stand up suddenly or take the elevator. In the early, middle and late stages of pregnancy, due to the formation of the embryo, blood pressure will drop to a certain extent, generally 1.33-2.67 kPa lower than usual, which is physiological. It turns out that for pregnant women with hypertension, the blood pressure can be lowered more significantly. When blood pressure drops, the volume of blood flowing to the brain will decrease, resulting in insufficient blood supply to the brain, insufficient oxygen to the ischemic areas of the brain, and thus causing dizziness.

2. Eating too little and having low blood sugar levels may cause dizziness in pregnant women, accompanied by palpitations, fatigue, and sweating, which usually occurs when they eat too little. During pregnancy, I eat less because of the pregnancy reaction - vomiting. Eating less will cause low blood sugar. Blood sugar is the raw material for muscle cells and nerves to generate energy. When blood sugar is low, body cell energy is reduced, which can cause discomfort such as drowsiness, dizziness, sweating, and palpitations.

3. Blood vessels are compressed due to improper posture. This type of pregnant women usually get the disease when they lie flat or lie on a fabric sofa watching TV series, but are not prone to the disease when they sleep on their side or stand up. This type of dizziness in pregnant women is attributed to supine syndrome. In the late stages of pregnancy, due to the enlargement of the uterus, when lying flat or sitting still, the heavy uterus presses on the inferior vena cava behind it, making it impossible for blood from the lower body to return to the heart; the force of returning to the heart is suddenly reduced, and the cardiac output is small, resulting in reduced cardiovascular blood supply, causing dizziness, chest tightness, shortness of breath and other discomforts.

4. Anemia in pregnant women is also a common cause of dizziness in pregnant women. Pregnant women should usually consume foods rich in copper, such as animal blood, liver, and lean meat. Once anemia occurs, calcium supplementation should be taken urgently. Pregnant women also sometimes suffer from dizziness and headaches. If the condition further develops into preeclampsia, it may cause convulsions and coma, seriously endangering the lives of pregnant women and fetuses. It is the most serious complication during pregnancy and should be treated as soon as possible.

Common problems with dizziness during pregnancy

1. Try to avoid drinking tea. People with anemia should drink less tea, or better yet, no tea at all, especially after meals. Drinking tea will hinder the body's digestion and absorption of iron groups in food. Tea leaves contain a lot of tannic acid and tannic acid. Tannic acid and tannic acid can easily combine closely with the iron in food in the stomach and intestines.

2. You should eat more vegetables, fruits and vegetables. When taking iron supplements or in their daily diet, anemia patients should often eat fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C and a variety of fruits and vegetables, such as green beans, tomatoes, potatoes, strawberry sprouts, oranges, persimmons, summer tangerines, apples, red grapes, peaches, pears, etc. There is another least-mentioned grain crop - sweet potato. Although it is of high quality and low price, the vitamin C it contains far exceeds that of other fruits and vegetables such as apples and red grapes.
