Symptoms of Qi and Blood Deficiency during Menopause

Symptoms of Qi and Blood Deficiency during Menopause

In fact, many female friends do not know how to regulate themselves when they enter menopause, which will make their skin worse and worse, but they are helpless and may become old and ugly. So when this happens, it means that their body's qi and blood are insufficient, so they need to take some Chinese medicine for conditioning, otherwise it will only make their condition worse. Therefore, maintenance is very important for female friends in this period.

1. Look at the hair: black, thick, smooth and shiny hair means sufficient Qi and blood; dry, falling and gray hair are all manifestations of insufficient Qi and blood in women.

2. Look at the eyes: As the saying goes, "People grow old and their eyes turn yellow." If the whites of the eyes become cloudy, yellow, bloodshot, and dry, this indicates that a woman is lacking in qi and blood.

3. Look at sleep: if a woman falls asleep quickly, sleeps soundly, breathes evenly, and wakes up naturally, it means that her Qi and blood are sufficient. However, if a woman has difficulty falling asleep, is easily startled and wakes up easily, breathes deeply, or snores, it means that her Qi and blood are insufficient.

4. Look at the skin: Skin that is white with a hint of pink, shiny, elastic, without wrinkles or spots indicates sufficient Qi and blood. On the contrary, rough, dull, dark, yellowish and spotted skin all indicate that a woman is in poor physical condition and lacks qi and blood.

5. Look at the half-moons on the nails: Under normal circumstances, half-moons should be present on all fingers except the little finger. If there are no half-moons on the fingers or only on the thumb, it means that the woman has a lot of coldness in her body, poor circulation, and insufficient qi and blood.

In addition, women with qi deficiency often show symptoms such as shortness of breath, palpitations, limb fatigue, shortness of breath, shortness of breath when moving, and loss of appetite; while women with blood deficiency show symptoms such as insomnia, frequent dreams, sallow complexion, dry hair, easy hair loss, dizziness, and irregular menstruation.

Moreover, there are not only a few types of qi and blood deficiency. You can also judge from your sleep quality. If you can't sleep every night, this is a very serious case of qi and blood deficiency. If the qi and blood deficiency continues, your hair will become very dry, and even affect hair loss, causing your hair to fall out prematurely.
